Juicy strawberries coated in creamy yogurt and chilled for a refreshing and healthy light snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 8 large fresh strawberries

→ Yogurt Coating

02 - 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240 g)
03 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

06 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth and evenly combined.
04 - Hold each strawberry half by its cut edge and dip the rounded side halfway into the yogurt mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
05 - Place the dipped strawberry halves, cut side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.
06 - If desired, immediately sprinkle the dipped strawberries with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or mini dark chocolate chips.
07 - Freeze the baking sheet for 1 hour or until the yogurt coating is firm.
08 - Serve immediately for a refreshing chilled treat, or transfer to an airtight container and maintain frozen until ready to enjoy.
