Reindeer Face Pizza Bagels (Printable version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Bagels

01 - 2 whole wheat bagels, halved

→ Sauce & Cheese

02 - 120 ml pizza sauce
03 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Decorations

04 - 8 round black olive slices
05 - 4 cherry tomatoes or pepperoni rounds
06 - 8 mini pretzel twists
07 - 4 small slices red bell pepper (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place bagel halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over each bagel half.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce-covered bagels.
05 - Place two black olive slices as eyes and a cherry tomato or pepperoni round as the nose on each bagel half.
06 - Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.
07 - Remove from the oven and, while warm, gently press two mini pretzel twists into the top of each bagel to form antlers.
08 - Optionally, place a small slice of red bell pepper as a mouth on each reindeer face.
09 - Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving.
