03 - 2 tbsp sour cream
04 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Wash cucumbers and cut lengthwise into 1/8 inch (4 mm) thin, even slices.
02 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter (1.2–1.6 inch diameter) to cut stars from cucumber slices. Place on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

04 - Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small star tip, or use a plastic bag with a snipped corner as an alternative.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter. Pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a tiny piece of diced red bell pepper and a fresh dill sprig for a festive appearance.
