# What You'll Need:

→ Strawberry Puree

01 - 100 g fresh strawberries, hulled
02 - 1 tbsp granulated sugar
03 - 2 tsp water

→ Matcha Layer

04 - 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
05 - 60 ml hot water (not boiling)
06 - 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

→ Milk Layer

07 - 240 ml cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

→ Cold Foam

08 - 120 ml cold milk (whole dairy or barista oat milk preferred)
09 - 1 tbsp sugar or vanilla syrup

→ To Serve

10 - Ice cubes

01 - Blend strawberries with sugar and water until smooth. Divide evenly between two glasses.
02 - Fill each glass with desired amount of ice cubes.
03 - Pour 120 ml cold milk into each glass atop the strawberry puree and ice.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy. Stir in honey or maple syrup if using.
05 - Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the milk layer to create a distinct layered appearance.
06 - Using a milk frother or whisk, froth cold milk with sugar or vanilla syrup until creamy and foamy.
07 - Spoon the prepared cold foam generously on top of each glass.
