01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
→ Liquids
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light
→ Sweetener
05 - 2 to 3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste
→ Citrus
06 - Juice of 1 lime
→ Ice & Garnish
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges, optional, for garnish
09 - Fresh mint leaves, optional, for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Place pineapple, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice in a blender.
02 - Blend all ingredients until completely smooth and homogenous.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness as necessary, adding more agave syrup or honey if desired.
04 - For a smoother beverage, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
05 - Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses.
06 - Pour the chilled drink over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves, as preferred.
