02 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

07 - Icing from cinnamon roll package
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or melted butter.
02 - Quarter each cinnamon roll and set aside the icing packets for finishing the casserole.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine drained peach slices with brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until evenly coated.
04 - Distribute half the cinnamon roll quarters evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the peach mixture.
05 - Repeat the layering with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and the rest of the peach mixture. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
06 - Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
07 - Let the casserole cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle reserved icing evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if using.
