# Directions:
01 - Heat the filtered water to approximately 194°F (90°C), just below boiling point.
02 - Add the hojicha tea leaves or tea bag to a teapot, French press, or mug.
03 - Pour the hot water over the hojicha, covering all the leaves or bag completely.
04 - Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 4 minutes, adjusting the duration based on your preferred strength.
05 - Strain and discard the loose leaves or remove the tea bag from the brewed liquid.
06 - Transfer to a serving cup and serve hot, similar to an Americano coffee.
