01 - 1 whole wheel brie cheese (8 oz)

02 - 1 sheet thawed puff pastry

03 - 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons toasted pecans, chopped

05 - 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut a large triangle to cover the brie and reserve scraps for decoration.
03 - Place brie in center of pastry. Spread cranberry sauce over brie and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
04 - Fold pastry over brie to form a pine tree shape. Use pastry scraps to create branches and adorn the tree.
05 - Transfer wrapped brie to baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
06 - Sprinkle chopped rosemary if desired and bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden and crisp.
07 - Cool for 10 minutes. Optionally drizzle honey before serving.
08 - Serve warm alongside crackers, apple slices, or fresh bread.
